- 100/150 gr. diced shrimp
- 100 gr. Jicama noodles
- 50 gr butter
- 30 gr. parmesan cheese
- 20 ml. Extra virgin olive oil
- garlic powder to taste
- Salt & pepper
- 1. In a skillet or pan low heat the butter and, adding the shrimp, garlic, salt,pepper and a bit of white wine.
- 2. When cooked add the jicama noodles and olive oil. Mix to incorporate well all the ingredients.
- 3. Finish adding the chives and top it off with parmesan cheese.
