JICAMA NOODLES SHRIMP PARMIGIANA

INGREDIENTS:

 

  •  100/150 gr. diced shrimp
  •  100 gr. Jicama noodles
  •   50 gr butter
  •   30 gr. parmesan cheese
  •   20 ml. Extra virgin olive oil
  •   garlic powder to taste
  •   Salt & pepper


PROCEDURE

  •   1. In a skillet or pan low heat the butter and, adding the shrimp, garlic, salt,pepper and a bit of white wine.
  •   2. When cooked add the jicama noodles and olive oil. Mix to incorporate            well all the ingredients.
  •   3. Finish adding the chives and top it off with parmesan cheese.
