INGREDIENTS
- 100/150 gr. diced shrimp
- 100 gr. Jicama noodles
- 50 gr butter
- 30 gr. parmesan cheese
- 20 ml. Extra virgin olive oil
- garlic powder to taste
- Salt & pepper
PREPARATION
- In a skillet or pan low heat the butter, adding the shrimp, garlic, salt, pepper and a bit of white wine.
- When cooked add the jicama noodles and olive oil. Mix to incorporate all the ingredients.
- Finish adding the chives and top it off with parmesan cheese.
