JICAMA NOODLES SHRIMP PARMIGIANA

INGREDIENTS

 

  •  100/150 gr. diced shrimp
  •  100 gr. Jicama noodles
  •   50 gr butter
  •   30 gr. parmesan cheese
  •   20 ml. Extra virgin olive oil
  •   garlic powder to taste
  •   Salt & pepper


PREPARATION

  1. In a skillet or pan low heat the butter, adding the shrimp, garlic, salt, pepper and a bit of white wine.
  2. When cooked add the jicama noodles and olive oil. Mix to incorporate all the ingredients.
  3. Finish adding the chives and top it off with parmesan cheese.
